The artist states, “As an artist born and raised in rural Western Australia, my connection to nature runs deep. Growing up in a home where art and creativity were a daily part of life—my mother painting vivid oils and my father shaping clay in our family’s pottery studio—I learned early on to see the world through a lens of beauty, texture, and quiet observation. Much of my inspiration still comes from that early exposure to both art and the natural world around me: the Australian bush, the coastline, and the rich detail found in wildflowers and birdlife.

 

This collection explores quiet beauty amid the anticipation of the holiday season. Against luminous gold backgrounds, Amaryllis, magnolia, and cardinals emerge as symbols of grace, renewal, and stillness.
