'French Market Florals explores the color play of petals upon petals, whether wrapped up in brown paper bushels or gathered among tin pails outside of a Parisian store front. My life changed dramatically this year with the arrival of my first baby girl after having had three boys.  It felt only natural to explore this French-inspired floral landscape as I was simultaneously anticipating a new world that awaited me. The feeling of strolling amongst the flowers under a French sun and grabbing a bushel for the bicycle basket comes close to the sense of joy I have had in anticipation of her arrival.'
