Light, composition, and color are always key components of my photo work, but I don’t often get to strip everything down and simply play with these elements by themselves. These still lives are my way of doing just that. I wanted to marry the elegance of the Dutch Masters paintings with contemporary lighting techniques and a bit of playfulness.
